They say money isn't happiness, but thanks to this job, I can have a transportation card to see my friends, go places like laronde and china town, have money to buy clothes in stores vs churches, have a cellphone, express myself with fun stuff from Etsy.com, get my family presents on christmas, etc... I've never worked before but I'm happy I finally have a job and I'm glad it's this one. Plus that train literaly changed my life in so many ways. lol.

I start today, hope everything turns out well.

Zooey Deschanel (actress & singer.)

I feel like a lonely and boring black & white picture, and no matter how much I try, most people who notice me probably think I'm pathetic. But something in Zooey's creative & weird personality makes me feel less like a nobody, and more like somehow I were potentially special. In almost anything she wears, does and says, I remember that I'm a creative person too & that right now life is passing me by.

She reminds me that trying to blend in is not what's important, it's being yourself, and some day I'll get it right. Maybe then, the people I admire will begin to see me for who I am, and what I'm capable of.

Thank you Zooey for being original, for being someone I look up too, and for being one of the few things left that still inspires me to try and have some genuine fun.

Went to a restaurant to have tortillas with mom and we had this lovely view.
Well, it looked nice when we were there. I don't get to go out much.

I've become nocturne against my will, this always happens when I have nothing to attend in the morning for a long period of time... So this time I'm not going to bother to sleep. See how that feels at 9:30pm tonight. Take that, me!

I decided I'm going to have a nice morning today. At 5:30am, in 27 minutes, I'm going to pretend like I'm getting up for school like I used to. When I'm ready, I'll walk to the train station with my mp5 and little purple school bag, sit there and have a coffee, watch the train come and go for a while and walk back. In a few months, I'll be on that train everyday, just like the "good old days", and I'll have classes to attendin Adult ed.. And I can see my friends. Alex, Elizabeth, Mariam, Jasmine, Patrick, Maria, Joline, Dina, and so on... and I'll have a life again. and I'll be happy...

LTM highschool... miss it a little bit. I left without saying goodbye to anyone. I don't think it makes any difference to them. There's one person I miss most, but things will be much better now, and some day I'll come back to say hello.

Best Holidays ever. & New 10.3 mp camera! So happy... from now on I've got to try to use my own photography in these articles. Can't show my entire face though, my eyes aren't pretty to see. They're sick. I look like I have ugly-cancer! :P Stoopid antibiotics are making me sick. I <3 that turtle..!!

Little green bonome is a special christmas gift amongst many. This plushie's expression never fails to make me smile, that's why I love it so freaking much.

Wish I had been able to give more gifts.. and I haven't made painted christmas cards for friends like I said I would cause I left things to the last minute and because of the blackout. No electricity for over 24 hours until christmas eve night. That's no heat, no light, snacks for food, and peeing in the dark! I'm sorry I couldn't make the cards. I send my friends my <3 in this article : )

On m'a dit qu'il vas falloir me faire operer sur les yeux soit pendant ou tout de suite apres le temps des fetes.. j'aimerait pas trop y penser...

Just pour me faire dire ca, j'ai passer 3 jours a Montreal chez ma grand-mere en manquant de l'ecole. Mardi c'etait fou, j'aime toujours beaucoup prendre le metro et y'a rien de plus beau que la neige mais en sortant on est rester pris dans la tempete a attendre l'autobus 2 heures de temps. J'ai compter 45 autres qui attendaient avec nous... Mais du bien en est sorti quand on est aller prendre refuge du froid de la tempete dans un sushi shop.

J'ai decouvert a quel point la nourriture japonaise peut etre bonne..! (The vert supert frais, soupe miso chaude, sushis tellement bizzards que j'arrives pas a decrir a quoi ils ressemblaient mais ils sont delicieux.) En plus ils avaient des boites de mochi refrigirer..!! MOCHI !! :O

J'ai appris.. a tricoter ^^ J'aissait de me controller mais j'ai gou de tricoter des choses pour tout le monde. N'importequoi.. un rechauffe-mp3/celulaire, un sac, des guans.. j'aimerait esseyer sans achaler mes amis. Ils sont pas obliger d'en prendre s'ils n'ent veulent pas.. J'ai tellement peur de l'ider de devenir un de ces personnes qui offrent des gros chandails en laine a col-rouler comme cadeau de noel. Comme le tipique cadeau d'une matente qu'on conais pas trop, ou comme dans l'annonce de Tim Hortons. Ca doit faire peur ce genre de situation en vrais vie... lol! *aw.. t'aurait pas du..!*

J'ai apris que d'etre loing de nos problemes nous aide pas toujours a les oublier.. J'ai tres hate te revoir demain, Mariam, si jamais tu lisait ceci! Toi t'est une veritable distraction. Meme si on vas surement etre super emo apres le film. Des amis c'est super. J'aime ca les amis. loolll

I recently joined twitter. It's especialy popular with bloggers and friends who are far away from each other. It's simple and fun. Facebook is an addiction that takes up alot of time and distracts some people from work and all sorts of things whereas Twitter may also be addicting but it's quick and short. How long does it take to log on, post what your'e up to and read a couple sentances by your friends/internet pals? I don't think Facebook has to be a day to day thing, but Twitter easily can be.

Decouverte de Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal

Mercredi, j'suis aller a cote-des-neiges a Montreal.
Ca a fait du bien sortir de Deux-Montagnes. Ca m'a donner de l'espoir parceque je crois avoir trouver l'endroit ou j'aimerait louer un aparte plutard, meme si c'est cher, ca vaut la peine.. Les gens ont l'air super et y'a un metro tout pres, et un Starbucks, un Renaud Bray. On a l'impression d'etre sur le bord d'une montagne et on peut voir, sur le haut, l'oratoire St-Josephe qui ressemble a un chateau. C'est tellement beau sous la neige. Il doit surrement y avoir une ecole priver a quelque part parceque quand je suis aller je voyais des mini-teens en jupette carroters et en pentalons noirs qui prennaient l'autobus. C'est cute a voir :P Et le soir quand tout est fermer, ben, y'a une grosse bibliotheque. Rien de mieux pour une fille bizzard comme moi. J'obsede sur les choses aussi simples que ca.

Rien d'ecrit en 2 semaines.. La raison, c'est rien. On dirait qu'un tas de rien m'a soudainement envahis le corps.. J'ai rien a dire, rien a me dire dans ma tete. Je ne suit pas allee a l'ecole hiers, je n'y vais pas aujourd'hui non plus. Je porte juste mes pijamas. Pourquoi? Je sait pas. Pourquoi pas? Ca non plus, j'en ai aucune idee... Comment je me sent? Je sait pas.. Je sens rien. Mais l'absense de sentiments, ce n'est pas si deprimant. C'est l'indifference absolue. S.O.S! je n'existe pas, meme pas dans ma propre vie.. Des que j'ouvre mes yeux le matin, je cherche la fenetre. J'aimerait que la neige tombe... mais j'ai peur. C'est nostalgique, le debut d'une saison. Les souvenirs d'hivers me reviennent. Premier amour. Premiere fois que mon chum me quitte. Premiere fois, plutard, que j'ai briser le coeur a quelqu'un. Realisation de terribles erreures. Une tonne de gens me manquent. Bref ..!! Ma vielle vie me manque. Mes etudes tourbillonnent vers le vide. Je n'ai pas d'amant, mais ca c'est normal. Personne dans cette ville me comprends et j'aimerait ecouter quelqu'un parler.. avec interret. M'amuser sincerement. Pourtant la vie est belle... En realite j'prefere ecrire une article sur d'autre chose que moi-meme, surtout la qu'on dirait presque que je pique une crise, ce qui n'est pas le cas car pour vrais, je suis assise calmemant a l'ordinateur avec une thisane. Dans le fond, je vide un peut de vidanges..

Voyons voir si je peut recompenser avec de la positivite...
La premiere neige sera aceuillit avec un sourir de ma part, et j'espere que votre hivers sera amusante et plein de souvenirs.

One of the most beautiful things you'll ever see. The imagery is the best. The story is also nice. This 3 part 1 hour subtitled Japanese anime drama movie was referred to me by Kane. [ click to watch trailer ] Sometimes it's interesting trying to make an artistic filter between vision & thoughts to try and look at the world this way too. Artistic is a vague word, but that's the only word I can think of. I especially loved the scenery of the snow & the train. Having been there & done that it felt somewhat nostalgic. Wouldn't it be beautiful, though, to be in a train that's passing by in the middle of no where in such a snow storm? Stopping there because the train won't move. Killing time. With some friends, or someone you love, or both. During the night. A memory to last a life time. Well anyway, allot of things would be beautiful but things aren't that way in real life, are they. Some day this year when I have the time I'll study blends of color & light and paint images based on thoughts inspired by movies like this & many other things. Hm... I need a brush with a teeny tiny tip. I don't have one

Comfortable in automatic. Not the kind of comfort coming from a warm sunlight like the one coming from the window in this school library on this pale, frosty, ending Autumn day. The kind of comfort that is a bit cold but at least I know where I am, who they all are, these english speaking people, where I'm going, in this school. Yes, I think.. I do think - - it's pretty cold inside. It's grey even under the lights in the halls. But I'm not lost. (goes to class) The comfort from that warm sunlight that came from the pale, frosty Autumn in the window at the library was a happy kind of comfort. For a few minutes. A potential happiness, held back by my presence in this building where nothing goes quite right but at least nothing goes wrong.

L'amie à ma mère fabrique toute sorte de cartes, ca se peut pas à quel point elles sont belles! Ma mère lui avait demandé si elle pourait m'apprendre de quoi parceque je suis aparently l'enfant artistique de la famille mais ma soeur Eve-Marie fait du scrapbooking alors c'est pas entierement juste. Elle a invité ma mère et moi a venir chez elle jouer avec ses tonnes d'affaires. Son atelier était rempli de l'imaginable. (no details) Disons que si j'avait un atelier comme ca, on ne me reverait plus jamais et plus jamais je ne reverait la lumière du jour. C'était trop beau pour etre vrais.. Pour le momment j'me contente de mes petites bouteilles de gouache dollarama, c'est mieux que rien, c'est même déjas beaucoup... je les aime ♥

Most of the entire world hates the Jonas Brothers, I know..

I can see why. It's just obvious for some reason, they seem to be the virus that will spread amongst younger generations and destroy the future. (plausible theory) But I like the Jonas Brothers! I'm defenitly not a fan of pop or rock but something about some of their songs just gets me. I didn't write this article to announce that though.

I wrote it because there is a new kind of song they recently premiered called "Love Bug" and I thaught it was really sweet. I wanted to put it in my blog because it's really different from their usual style that I think they should look into more and I really like it.

Monday was much fun ♥ .
It was great to see Miwa and Patrick again for the first time in several months! Seeing Alex and Dina was fun too. I think we make a funtastic group. I hope I can come see where Pat/Miwa live soon. Who knew Alex was so good with children! Alex you Kid-magnet! My sister and brother love you very much and ask me all the time when you're coming back. If you ever feel like a couch potato you're welcome to come work out here! Despite a little bit of drama, the end of the day was fun too: 6 teenagers (including Stewie) in a train & "in the game" with no ticket, our stops were 1 or 2 stations away but we all went nuts running from one direction to another, as unsubtle as a group of people can get. We got lost and found eachother again in Laval-sur-le-lac ♥. I hope I can see you all again soon and I'm sorry about my dad deleting almolst all of our pictures..

It's not a big deal. Only, it is for me, cause I can start to have fun without feeling like I'm talking to myself, although I probably am. I don't think my websites or blogs have ever atracted more than one or two rare people.

Lullatone is a music group composed of two members who make music for their baby, Niko. What I find so special about it is that it's got an artistic... kind of experimental aspect to it. Their music often has lots of ear-candy sound effects that my ears & mind crave. People as well as babies can enjoy listening to Lullatone... I think it must be good for them, the babies.

I'd like to talk about this song because it mean's alot to me. When I listen to it I'm gone. Other people who like this song probably feel the same way..

Internal Bleeding Strawberry is a piece by Olivia Lufkin.. It's about a heart, or "strawberry", as she names it in the lyrics. It think... It's about what can happen when a heart keeps secrets and emotions and confusions and frustrations and misery (...) inside. The lyrics don't offer an ending but if you listen to the song, you'll understand: everything comes poring out of strawberry, it's a mess, it's all exposed and the effect is all crammed up into a few seconds and like that, the song stops.

If you listen closelly enough to music, you can feel it, I'm shure you have.. everyone has. And sometimes you can see it, if your mind is open enough. Every sound is a texture, a color, a form, music can be a big collage, art that you can't really see with your eyes but you feel in your head and you create the canvas, sometimes without even knowing it...

I'm kind of struggling with setting that canvas into a steady visual image.. what I mean is um.. If I can paint up music in my mind, why can't I paint up music on a real canvas. Maybe it's because the one in my mind keeps mooving and changing and then gets lost in my memory. I dont know lol. I wanna paint/craft music. But it's hard. But some people can do it. I'll keep trying. Maybe in a couple years I'll get a hold of it.

Mariam and I finally saw each other again and spent the day at carrefour ! We had alot of fun and took alot of pictures.. I got my wallet stolen but it's ok. we also thaught we'd make our own blog :) from now on we'll post our adventures when we visit each other. I'm really happy that soon I can finally afford to see a friend in Laval.. : )

I really miss Laval, this summer has been really hard for me...

What I love about taking the train is it feels priviledged and kind of exciting, like your'e part of the groups of people sitting around you : business men, university kids, travelling couples, people with important jobs, familly visiting other familly... it's a warm feeling you to really like. There's also the view from the wide windows and the silent rithem of the tracks.. they sort of calm you down.
